The ongoing conflict between Thailand (Siam) and Cambodia (Khmer) continues to worsen. Infrastructure has been destroyed under the excuse of “military necessity,” even when the areas targeted were not military sites.
The suffering is loud, yet unheard—visible to the world, yet unanswered.
What meaning does the law of war hold when civilians are attacked?
Living through this time, I feel a deep sense of insecurity, both physically and mentally.
