សង្រ្គាមព្រំដែនរវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃ គឺជាសុបិនអាក្រក់មួយដែលគ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ចង់ឃើញ។ យើងគ្រប់គ្នាសុទ្ធតែរងផលប៉ះពាល់ ទាំងដោយផ្ទាល់ និងដោយប្រយោល—ចាប់ពីការបាត់បង់ជីវិត ការបាត់បង់ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ រហូតដល់វិបត្តិផ្លូវចិត្តដែលមិនអាចមើលឃើញបានដោយភ្នែក។ សម្លេងយន្តហោះលើមេឃ បង្កើតភាពភ័យខ្លាចនៅក្នុងចិត្តមនុស្សគ្រប់រូប។ រូបភាពព្រៃផ្សៃនៃសង្គ្រាម ត្រូវបានចែកចាយពាសពេញ ដាក់ទុកតែស្នាមរបួស និងការឈឺចាប់នៅក្នុងចិត្តមនុស្ស។
នេះជាមេរៀនដ៏ឈឺចាប់សម្រាប់ប្រទេសទន់ខ្សោយ។ ទោះបីពិភពលោកដឹងច្បាស់ថា អ្នកណាជាអ្នកឈ្លានពាន និងអ្នកណាជាជនរងគ្រោះ ក៏នៅតែគ្មានប្រទេសណាឈរជើងជួយយើងដោយពេញលេញ។ ច្បាប់សង្គ្រាម មិនអាចអនុវត្តបានយ៉ាងយុត្តិធម៌ នៅពេលដែលអំណាចក្លាយជាអ្នកកំណត់ថា អ្នកណាត្រូវ និងអ្នកណាខុស។
ទឹកដីដែលយើងអាចនៅបានពេលនេះជាពលី សាច់ស្រល់ ឈាមស្រល់ របស់ទាហានដ៏ក្លាយហាន ។ សូមគោរពដឹងគុណដ៏ធំធេងនេះ ដ៏វិរះកងទ័ពគ្រប់រូប។
២០២៦ មកដល់
ជីវិតក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ប្រាកដណាស់មិនមែនជាផ្លូវងាយស្រួលទេ ប៉ុន្តែយើងបានរៀនមេរៀនសំខាន់មួយគឺ យើងត្រូវតែរៀនក្លាយជាមនុស្សរឹងមាំជាងមុន រៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ រៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
សង្ឃឹមថាឆ្នាំថ្មី នឹងនាំមកនូវពន្លឺនៃសន្តិភាព ពន្លឺនៃយុត្តិធម៌ និងពន្លឺនៃសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹម សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។ ជូតទឹកភ្នែក ហើយបន្តដំណើរទៅមុខ— ដោយកម្លាំងចិត្ត ដោយសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹម និងដោយជំនឿលើថ្ងៃស្អែក។

2025 Passed with Great Hardship
The border war between Cambodia and Thailand is a nightmare that no one ever wished to witness. We have all been affected—both directly and indirectly—from the loss of lives and property to deep psychological trauma that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
This is a painful lesson for a small and vulnerable country. Even when the world clearly knows who the aggressor is and who the victim is, no nation truly stands with us in full support. The laws of war fail to be applied justly when power becomes the one that decides who is right and who is wrong.
The land on which we are still able to live today has been paid for with sacrifice—through the flesh and blood of our brave soldiers. We offer our deepest respect and gratitude to all heroic members of the armed forces.
2026 Has Arrived
Life in 2026 will certainly not be easy. But we have learned an important lesson: we must continue to grow stronger—year by year, day by day.
May the new year bring the light of peace,
Wipe away the tears and keep moving forward—
